IF YOU HAVE A FLUTE to sell, why not let us handle the transaction? Being specialists, we have a loyal clientele around the world regularly checking our sales pages for the latest listings.

We deal particularly in vintage and interesting hand-made modern flutes, especially wooden keyed flutes. Our daily knowledge of working on these, combined with fifteen years of experience, makes us uniquely placed to advertise your flute accurately and attract the right customer.

Our commission rate of 18% is very competitive compared with music shops, and only slightly more than eBay/PayPal - yet we do all the work and guarantee a safe transaction.

In order for our customers to fully appreciate a flute, and to ensure the best selling price, we require flutes to be in good playing order and are able to undertake any preparation work that is required.

Buying a Flute

WE ADVERTISE AND ACT as agent for sellers of vintage and interesting modern flutes and piccolos. We generally require that the instruments be in good playing order when we list them; if necessary, we can undertake any preparation work required. This ensures that we can sell with confidence and that buyers can properly gauge playing characteristics.

If you are interested in trying and/or buying a flute, please get in touch and we will send you an invoice which can be settled by bank transfer or cheque; card and Paypal payments can be paid through our online shop.

We shall send the flute to you by secure express courier, fully insured in transit. At the end of the 8-day trial period, if you decide not to keep the flute you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price. (N.B. because of the difficulty of returning flutes through customs, all sales outside the E.U. are on a firm basis.)
