Please arrange with us before dispatching your instrument. Send your flute by Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier. Alternatively, you can bring your flute in person. We don’t think musicians should be without their instruments for longer than is necessary. Once booked in, a service generally takes 2 - 3 days, a repad 14 days, an overhaul 21-28 days. If arranged in advance, we can carry out a service on a specific day.
